This house was everything we could’ve wanted! Super clean, in a nice wooded area with a beautiful yard, terrace and deck, working fireplace indoors, awesome fire pit out back, great big couch for hanging out, comfortable bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area, hot tub, full home gym, tvs, a keyboard/guitar and games! It was also very close to several great hikes that we did each day, that were easy to find and fun! Found great restaurants nearby also (and coffee!). Host was very communicative and had tons of recommendations for us. 10/10 would recommend.

The Kin House was the perfect place to spend a weekend with my family. The house beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and was loaded with thoughtful touches. The wood burning stove was the perfect way to warm up and relax after a day of skiing in below freezing temps. The surrounding area is gorgeous and everything you need is just a short drive away. I can’t recommend this place enough, and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Emily for a great weekend!

The house was exactly as described / as shown in photos - there were four great bedrooms, an open kitchen, and enough room to hangout with a group of friends. The hot tub was lovely and made the experience that much more fun. We weren't able to see the surrounding area / town as much given the weather, but the closest town looked absolutely adorable and there are a ton of trails right around the house for hiking, etc. Would 100% recommend staying at Emily's place with a group of friends, etc.

One of my favorite stays. The house was easy to
get to, but yet felt secluded and private. This was a great stay for best friends and their significant others, the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are very well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the others. The host graciously gave us great dining and shopping advice. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved our stay at the Kinhouse! The house is so nicely finished and decorated- they really thought of everything. Great kitchen for cooking and lots of spaces to hang out (or work if needed). Also very close to groceries/coffee/etc. perfect spot to get away from NYC for a few days!

My friends and I stayed at Kin House after a concert - we liked it so much we ended up extending our stay. The 4 rooms are all spread out and private and the spaces to hangout with everyone are spacious and comfortable. We went to great restaurants recommended by the host that were only mins away, and cooked a great meal in the kitchen (which had everything!). The wood stove and hot tub were perfect for our winter stay. We will definitely be back!

This is a really special house that is both beautiful and cozy. Emily is super easy to communicate with and insured we were comfortable and well informed. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Kerhonkson is one of my new favorite destinations, and the Kin House is now going to be my go-to rental. The house has everything we needed--insanely comfortable beds, lots of lounge space, and super thought-out details throughout. We used the hot tub at night in the middle of the winter which was a fun and new experience for us! The host recommended some delicious restaurants and there were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. We also had an amazing time at a local cidery, which had the best hot toddy I've ever had!
