First and foremost, Gale is awesome to work with! She is extremely easy to get in touch with, even last minute while you're there! The grounds are beautiful. The house is well kept with a large amount of space. It is perfect for gathering. We go with 30 people ranging in age from 25-35. No one ever feels cramped and with the amount of bathrooms there are never issues! We love the rooms on the loft. They are small yet cozy with the beds built into the wall! If you want a great view with more of a modern room, go upstairs the other side of the house, another bathroom, full kitchen and balcony! The walk to the lake is not far at all. It's small, but quite a workout to kayak across. Gale can have it arranged that kayaks etc will be there waiting for you. Perfect fire pit setup, large yard for lawn games and PLENTY of parking for those groups that all drive separately. Great rafting down the river within 30 min. A grocery store and liquor store nearby for last minute runs. wifi and phone are available, but the view and quiet make you not want to use them! Highly recommend for a big party weekend, family reunion or even a girls weekend. We had a blast! Hope to go back again!
