The house had plenty of space for us to spread out comfortably. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Everyone was traveling here and arriving at different times. Although i did not ask for it, Mark stepped up by allowing us an earlier check-in. 11 family members stayed here and we were all so pleased with the house. Sparkling clean, 5 great bedrooms, kitchen that was fully equiped, bathrooms for everyone, outdoor grill, and a heated pool. It was close to beaches, downtowns, the LIE and the LIRR. For the kids, toys, games, puzzles, bicyles, and the pool. Also a pool table, 2 big screens, and the nearby aquarium in Riverhead was amazing.We had a great stay, what a wonderful place to bring a family.

Our party of ten stayed here two nights to celebrate two friends’ birthdays and had a great time watching movies, playing games (pool table on the main floor), and cooking together in the spacious kitchen. If we came in the summer, we definitely would have used the outdoor grill fire pit and pool as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, with several even getting their own room. The number of bathrooms also made it easy for everyone to get ready and out the door on time. Mark was a great host, responded to us quickly when we had questions, was flexible with our check in/check out process, and even ordered us some kitchen supplies last minute when we couldn’t find them in the house. Overall great experience and would love to come back!

He is very responsive and helpful. The home itself is beautiful and fully stocked, we had everything we needed. It is located on a quiet street. It was a perfect winter weekend to celebrate our mom’s birthday. We are looking forward to going back again in the summer time!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of special. I stayed with my daughter and a few of her friends for a girls' weekend, and we all enjoyed how clean the property was. It has everything you could need to have an indoor oasis. We loved every minute of it, and the host was more than accommodating. We can't wait to visit again!

We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). We can't speak to the quality of the pool or the outdoors, but as a short winter getaway, it was quite nice.

Was the perfect place for our family with 3 adults and 3 teenage who each had their own rooms. Very convenient location and the host gave us lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to stay here. We plan on going back next year!
