We loved our stay at Montauk! The house is clean and close to the beach. Maureen is a wonderful host and we couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to stay!

This VRBO property in Ditch Plains was perfect for our visit Montauk. It very comfortably fit our 6 adults with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The beds were also very comfy so we slept great. Blinds were not great at blocking the morning sunshing so definitely expect to wake up early. Not a big deal though.
The open living space and fully renovated kitchen were perfect for us to all eat and hang out together. Loved the vaulted ceiling of the living room and big sliding glass doors (made it fill with tons of natural light). The back porch was bigger than the pictures made it look so that was a major plus! We spent multiple days grilling.
Lastly, the location of the house was PERFECT. 10 minute walk to a very nice beach which we enjoyed. The house was fully equip with beach chairs, beach towels and an awesome wagon which was very helpful getting everything to the beach.
The house was a 45 minute walk into town, but there was a really beautiful scenic walking path along the water which we took twice! The path ended in town at one of the best coffee spots (Left Hand Coffee) which was something to look forward to on our walk. The house was an easy uber drive to all of the great bars as well!
Overall we had a great stay and would come back again in a heart beat!

We had a great time! The house was neat , clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils... we also enjoyed grilling out on the deck. There is a washer dryer in the basement, along with bikes, beach chairs and even a surf board! We drove down to the beach in the morning to drop off all our beach gear and then biked back and forth. At the end of the day , we biked back to the house, got the truck and brought everything back again. Ditch Plains beach is beautiful. We hope to come back again next year!

Can't thank you enough for everything you did to make our stay fabulous! The house is immaculate, close to all, and has everything and then some that you might need! From bikes to beach gear.... blender... grill and great ambiance. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to Maureen and Dick for being such fabulous hosts and sharing your home with us!

The property was wonderful! Great location and everything you could ask for and more inside. The house came with lots of extras. The owners are a delight to work with. We had a wonderful family vacation! We hope to be back soon!

This is a wonderful vacation rental! The house is beautifully maintained with everything you could want included. It is an easy walk to the beach with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, sand toys and more. The owners are very welcoming and a delight to work with! we would highly recommend this home to others and look forward to returning!

Went with a group of friends and it was a great experience. It is a super easy walk to the beach and an taxi ride into town. The house was very nice and had everything you would need!
