perfect vacation cottage
We spent a great long weekend in this lovely cottage. The inside was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for the kitchen and bath but the real treasure of this cottage is the backyard . You have two wonderful decks equipped with chairs, grill, outside refrigerator, covered picnic table, torches and lights.
A winding stairway leads to a neat little backyard equipped with a wonderful hammock and firepit. The dock leads out to a platform with four comfy chairs and a swim raft gives the kids something to swim to.
There is also a paddleboat and row boat for the adventurous. The yard is big enough for Bocci and Cornhole games.
We rented a skiboat from Roy's Marine and had a great day wateskiing and tubing. We spent another day visiting wineries and didn't even make a dent in all the possibilities. We had lunch out twice and both meals were casual but satisfying.
We are from Cleveland and this was an easy five hour drive on I 90.We had a great time and plan on coming back. You can be as busy or as laid back as you want. A great cottage and great vacation.
