We loved our stay at Sanbrook Lodge! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The location was only minutes from downtown Lake Placid. The decor was beautifully updated with an Adirondack theme and the appliances were all brand new. This townhouse had everything we wanted or needed. We really enjoyed the gameroom-foosball for the kids, bar for the adults! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Sandbrook Lodge, nestled in the breath taking mountain town of Lake Placid is an incredible place to stay! The three story townhouse is filled with 4 beautiful bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms, and a lounge/bar area. We took full advantage of that! Waking up with the babbling brook, picturesque views and State of the art kitchen with self-closing drawers is just one of the perks of Sandbrook Lodge, or as we refer to it as SBL. The owners take such fastidious care in ensuring that we had absolutely everything that we could ever need and want. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace while watching a movie in the evenings, and having an open floor plan on the main floor was ideal for our little girls to play safely while I could keep an eye on them, and cook over the incredibly clean and beautiful new gas range. Peace, ambiance, and comfort are just a few words to describe our stay. The proximity to downtown Lake Placid, and Saranac Lake was an added bonus. If you're someone who relies on reviews like I do, rest assured that you found your new vacation spot! We cannot recommend this place enough! Our only regret was not having the opportunity stay longer!

We used this place for a family Thanksgiving getaway, and it was idea for our needs. With three levels it offered plenty of versatile space that allowed for both family connection but also privacy.
The property itself is immaculately maintained with new appliances throughout. The owners meet and exceed expectations for hospitality.

This is a wonderful property. It is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate area in the lower level with a nice bar and game table. The outside deck was large with plenty of seating.
It is located close to the golf course and next to a brook with a path that leads to Lake Placid. Located at Whiteface Club and Resort with lush landscaping and boating, paddle boarding, kayaking. Food at the boathouse and golf restarants was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner, Mark, made us feel right at home and was very accommodating.

This perfectly sized, perfectly furnished condo sits in a perfect setting for any season of the year. Beautiful large deck overlooking the creek and woods is private and relaxing. It is clear how much attention the owner paid to every little detail in choosing the furnishings and decor. Spacious four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three different levels gives families/friends plenty of space to be together yet maintain privacy and peacefulness. I would highly recommend this property!
