This well-appointed home offers impeccable credentials as a summer rental! Located less than 2 blocks from the Saratoga (Thoroughbred) Raceway south entrance, the home is in sight of the Track. Close to downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga State Park, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Lake and the Lake George Region, there is so much to do and see from this convenient "home base"!

The space

Our home was built to be a home away from home and caters to the visiting traveler. Five bedrooms, three full baths, great room and kitchen, plus a 2 car garage and laundry room on the 2nd floor. The first-floor level features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room area, as well as two bedrooms and a full bath. On the second floor, our expansive master suite offers a large Queen bed, plenty of living space, a full bath with ceramic tile, a double head 5-foot shower, granite counters and the largest walk-in closet & sitting room in the Neighborhood! The second floor includes two more bedrooms, another full bath with tub/shower combo and a laundry room. Tastefully furnished, the home is fully stocked with kitchen supplies and dishware. A flat-screen TV, cable, wifi, and central air. The rear patio with BBQ grill and outdoor seating is perfect for small gatherings. Just minutes from Interstate 87 exits 13 and 14, this home is easy to access from almost anywhere. Just minutes to Downtown Saratoga, where shops, parks and nightlife await. Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Saratoga State Park, site of the original Roosevelt Baths, world-class golf, the Victoria Pool and hundreds of acres of recreation is just blocks to the west. We are a pet-friendly location, however, if you intend to bring an animal please speak with us in advance, thank you.

THE FIRST FLOOR OF THIS HOME IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. The garage entrance is completely on grade all the way into the house. Guests who choose to do so may enjoy first floor living with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a common area/kitchen. All guests have exclusive use of the entire home, driveway, and yard.

For the Saratoga Raceway season, we are booking a minimum of 5-night stay, please. Thank you!
PET POLICY - If you would like to bring an animal, please do inquire first. We have a pet fee of $50 per night, and guests are limited to one animal per visit.

Todd's place was great for our large group visiting Saratoga for the weekend.

Todd's place was great for our large group visiting Saratoga for the weekend. The house was incredibly spacious, with room for everyone to have a bed (an extra bonus room was the perfect amount of space for an air mattress for two additional guests). Everything we needed was provided, and it was super close to the center of town.

Will rent again

My family, friends and I had an amazing time. The house had more than enough room for 10 of us and a dog. The house is close to the racetracks and 5-10mins driving distance to downtown and other places we wanted to visit. Todd was very responsive and available via email. If I will be in the area again, I will definitely rent the property again. Thank you

Highly recommend staying here!

Todd was a great host- he answered questions immediately and offered to help in any way we needed. The house was sparkling clean and in a great location- right next to the race track, a quick 10 minute walk to town, and easily accessible to get anywhere by car. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is new, and was sparkling clean.

Our extended family {8 people including 5 kids) had a great stay at Todd's house. The house is new, and was sparkling clean. Plenty of beds and space for a comfortable stay. All amenities were as described. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the center of the city and 20 minutes from the lake. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Great place! Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the race track. Has a well stocked kitchen wich made it very easy to make meals. Had a great relaxing vacation at the house.
