We are 8 miles from both the Race Track and Downtown, 9 miles to Saratoga Lake, 11 miles to SPAC and 24 miles to Lake George.

Policies
Check-in is at 3:00am on day of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00am on day of departure. No parties or events. A single pet is allowed but must be approved by owner and, if approved, there is a $100 charge per stay for the pet. Guest must sign rental agreement. $350 credit card hold will be taken just before arrival and be released no more than 7 days after departure. One video camera is installed on the front entrance and records all movements 24x7. 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking and remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. If arrival is within 30 days, 100% payment is collected at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund will be given.

Suitability Details
Property is not childproof but there is a fence around the pool. Parent or Guardian must watch children at all times to ensure proper safety. All bedrooms are located on 2nd floor and staircase must be used to access 2nd floor.

Great home to enjoy with others. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

My family and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Saratoga Springs area and would love to come back. As a frequent traveler and a long time host on vrbo our family wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This property offers the opportunity to enjoy a nice family game night and in the summer months a beautiful a d peaceful pool area. Tim was quick with responses and answering all our questions, which made it a smooth trip for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a wonderful family dinner with plenty of dishes to serve our party of 10. Don't hesitate to book this property it was a great experience and we would do it all over again!!
