There is plenty of additional space to play your favorite recreational games on the property. The hot tub is open year-round and is covered and locked for safety reasons unless opened for use.
On the first level of the house, there is an amazing gourmet chef-style kitchen centered around a custom-tiled wraparound island with bar stools with a separate kitchen sitting area with a countertop kitchen table and seating next to the sunroom. You will find a relaxing living room area off the kitchen with a large sectional and chairs with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable, Netflix, and Sonos. There is an elegant formal dining room as you enter the double front doors on the right side that seats 8 people, across from the private office which can be used for work and conference. Across from the formal dining room is the private office dedicated workspace which has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and Netflix, entertainment center, comfortable reclining chair, end table, and desk/credenza, multifunctional printer and phone. There is an elegant sunroom that leads out to the amazing outdoor entertaining area with ample seating. Refreshing inground heated pool, hot tub, Weber barbeque, 2 outdoor heaters, and a large extendable table with chairs on the large back sun deck. Additional outdoor seating is also available outside and under the front covered porch.
Lastly, there are 2 half bathrooms on the first floor, one to the right side off the foyer area when you enter from the 4-car temperature-controlled garage and one located in between the living room and office. Upon walking upstairs to the 2nd floor there are a total of 9 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 laundry room, and 1 linen closet. Each bedroom has a closet with both hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay. The master bedroom private suite has a king-size bed and matching bedroom set, additional seating, and a kitchenette area. There is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Sonos, Alexa, and phone in the master suite. In addition, the master bedroom has a small kitchenette and wet bar area. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a jetted jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in double-headed rain shower with a glass shower enclosure.
Lastly, there is a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom. There are 8 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor, The bedroom passed the master bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right side also has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV and Netflix. There are 3 other full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a separate laundry room with a free Samsung washer and Samsung dryer for your use during your stay.
**** Summertime (June-August) rentals are a minimum of 4 nights. If you are wanting a shorter time than a week or a different check in time during the summer you are welcome to send me an inquiry and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

The house was perfect.
My family and I stayed at Davide's Saratoga home for the weekend (Mix of adults, kids, toddlers and an infant.)
The house was perfect. All bedrooms on the second floor, spacious with adequate space for bags and personal items. Families were able to fit play pens in their bedrooms for their small children/infant.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from dishes to paper towels garbage bags etc.
The house was extremely clean and in perfect distance from the downtown.
The house included a welcome binder which included recommendations and specific instructions for any questions you may run into.
I would recommend this home to anyone trying to have a nice vacation with a large group but also wanting their own space to settle down in at night.

Like staying at a 5 star hotel with added benefits of privacy and gorgeous outdoor space.
We stayed at Davide’s listing for my husband’s 40th birthday and I cannot say enough about how amazing this house is. When we walked in everyone’s jaws dropped. The kitchen is palatial, the living room spacious and inviting. The master bedroom is spectacular. All of the other bedrooms are beautiful as well. It was like staying at a 5 star hotel with added benefits of privacy and gorgeous outdoor space.
Davide gave clear instructions leeding up to check in and was responsive all the way through check out. We will definitely be back. Thank you Davide!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay
This house was absolutely perfect for our stay and was above and beyond the pictures in the listing. The home was extremely clean and Davide had immediate responses for any questions/concerns.
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying games, and the heated pool was nice and comfortable (even in mid-September). I would highly recommend staying that this location for any groups traveling to Saratoga.

This was an absolutely beautiful house and we absolutely loved our stay. The space was amazing and would love to stay here again. An easy Uber/drive into town and the house itself felt very quiet and private for hanging out by the pool. Davide was very responsive and helpful for everything we needed
