Hike miles of trails and savor our beautiful Lookout Point overlooking the Village of Delhi.
Lake access is included and only a short walk away!
Cool off with a Lakeside swim, explore the wildlife with a gentle boat ride, fish for your dinner or simply sit by the Lake..... slow the clock down while you reconnect with the essence of the natural wonders of Rippling Waters. So secluded yet only a ten-minute drive to the village of Delhi where you can enjoy the local cafes, peruse little shops, do a little yoga or take a walk back in time with Delhi's historic architecture and more.

About Tom and Laura:
Tom and Laura welcome you to enjoy our incredible little paradise! We are passionate about living our life immersed in the natural beauty of our land and it brings us great joy to see our guests connect with the many wonders of Rippling Waters!
Why Tom and Laura chose Delhi:
Serene, private, miles of trails, pristine Lake, fishing, boating, swimming and more...
10 minute ride to the village.
This was a last-minute booking for the week of July 4th, and we could not have chosen better for what we were looking for – a quiet retreat from the hustle of the city. Laura was super communicative and answered all of our questions immediately. So we signed up that same evening and drove up to Delhi the next day. She not only gave us the best directions, but also welcomed us in person and showed us around the property. And what can I say about the property! It was simply gorgeous. We savored every minute, from our morning coffee on the small balcony overlooking the lake, to swimming and boating in/on the lake, a small hike through the private woods, to exploring the small towns and winding down at night with a glass of wine on that same balcony, this time listening to the frog concert and enjoying the firefly spectacle.
It was so peaceful and relaxing, we did not want to leave, probably also having to do with the really lovely hosts, including the horses we totally made friends with. I have been telling friends about this place, and I am sure that a few of them will be future guests.
Thank you, Laura and Tom, for having us; we would love to return!
