Please check out both of our estates, RiverView Estate (sleeps up to 32 guests) and DeerRidge Estate (sleeps up to 40 guests). Perfect for family gatherings, corporate retreats, country weddings for up to 200 guests.
RiverView Estate offers luxurious amenities that sits on 1200 acres of pristine mountain forest land and 1 mile of riverfront frontage on the East Branch of the Delaware River which is well-known for the finest fly-fishing in the United States. RiverView Estate By Brophy includes the main house, 3 bedroom cottage and entertainment lodge with additional suite, which included elegant furnishings and the best that can be offered.
A private swimming pool is also available during spring and summer and has the option of being heated for an additional fee. The main house consist of 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. Also available is an exercise room, an indoor hot tub and a dry sauna. The living room off the kitchen and the main bedroom includes a fireplace. The entertainment lodge has 2 bedrooms which includes a gorgeous bath with a steam shower, a large kitchen, pool table, living area with fireplace.
The additional suite in the entertainment lodge includes a private bedroom with a queen size bed and the open suite area has one queen bed, one double bed and a full kitchen. This suite shares a bathroom. The 3 Bedroom Cottage has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room with fireplace. RiverView Estate has large banquet hall that can accommodate up to 225 people. Perfect for any elegant Country Wedding, Corporate Retreat or can be used to hold any other special event.
When available you can rent RiverView Estate & DeerRidge Estate TOGETHER!!! COMBINED ACCOMMODATES A PARTY OF 72.
DeerRidge Estate is located just a short distance from RiverView Estate which accommodates a party of 40 guests. This 3 unit estate consists of 3 full kitchen, living rooms and dining areas along with a large sports bar with pool table, 17 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms. Each estate can satisfy anyone's endeavors, whether it being hiking, cross-country skiing, swimming and fishing. We are fully staffed 24/7. This allows us to make sure that your every need is met. Our Estates do offer a concierge and housekeeping staff for an additional fee.
Other services that can be provided at different rates are Massages, a Licensed Fishing Guide on the Upper Delaware River, Hiking Guide for both properties, Boats, Kayaks, catering and set-up and tear-down for special events. We are only 45 minutes away from Bethel Woods and 2.5 hours from NYC.

About the Owner
RiverView Estate and DeerRidge Estate are owned by Gale Brophy. Ms. Brophy is well known for her many charitable, political and equestrian venues. Ms. Brophy was the owner of the Kentucky Derby winner 'Strike the Gold'. All of her properties have exquisite attention to detail.
Both properties offer a unique and unmatchable getaway. The large accommodations support the needs of your groups for Family gatherings, Corporate Retreats, College Reunions, Weddings and more. The 1200 acres of beautiful nature is incomparable. This will be an unforgettable memory. When RiverView Estate & DeerRidge Estate are rented together we can accommodate a large party of 72.

Great Space Needs Some Updates
The RiverView Estate property is a great space with room for many different activities and the hosts are very responsive and nice to work with. However, some of the appliances and furniture need to be repaired or updated (e.g., upstairs AC not working well, doors and cabinets not closing properly, some areas not cleaned well). If you are expecting rustic living, you will be pleased with all the space for activities. If you are expecting well maintained accommodations, you will be disappointed. For the price, our hope was for the latter.

Amazing Place to Have a Wedding!
We had our wedding here in October of 2020! It was perfect- the owner and workers were SO accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The houses were clean and put together! All of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to! We loved having everyone stay on site with us and make a weekend out of our wedding rather than an evening. I can’t say enough good things!

Amazing weekend at Riverview Estate!
I organized a ten year class reunion here for 30 friends, and it was perfect. The property was just as advertised, and my friends had a blast. We particularly enjoyed the layout of the three structures, which allowed those of us who wanted quieter, earlier nights to sleep in the guest house. The four kitchens meant plenty of storage and cooking space for everyone, and all of the kitchens were some of the best-stocked with cooking items that we've ever seen in a rental property. The hot tub, sauna, and pool were awesome perks, and the BBQ on the property is quite large which made the nights we grilled that much easier. Many of our group were already asking if we should do our next reunion here on day one of our stay! Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay!
The property was perfect for our group of 30! The host was very kind and helped us with any request. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. Hopefully I can make it back soon!

Gorgeous and Relaxing Get Away
We could not have asked for anything more! Not only was the premises breathtakingly beautiful and spacious, but Gale and her team were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. We stayed for 3 full days and 3 nights and did not have to nor want to leave the estate the entire time - it had everything we needed from silverware and cutlery to pots and pans to dishwashers, plenty of space both inside and outside for activities, a hot tub, and fire pits at each of the three houses on the estate. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience with impeccable views!
I highly recommend RiverView for any long weekend or trip to the Catskills. Super easy to get to from NYC and Gale and her team couldn't have been more gracious. Check in was a breeze and the property is absolutely stunning. Thanks for the great weekend!

Beautiful Well-Kept House
I could not speak more highly of RiverView Estate. Not only is the property huge and gorgeous, but the care that the owner takes is on another level. They did everything that they could to make sure that our stay was comfortable and warm. The beds are comfortable, the amenities well-kept, and the owners flexible. I will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Spacious, polished, amazing property!
Everything was clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, and plentiful, and there was plenty to do with the property being so huge! Tons of fun and excellent customer service whenever had any questions about anything. Awesome hot tub, ample kitchen and dining space, great game room... everything was excellent. Would definitely love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
