Designed to accommodate large family gatherings, corporate retreats and weddings, are just a few of the special events that we can accommodate during your stay. DeerRidge Estate By Brophy consists of 3 separate units, The Main Lodge, 1 Bedroom Suite and 5 Bedroom Suite. This signature estate accommodates a party of 40 guests. The Main Lodge consists of 11 Bedrooms, 5 private baths and 3 shared full baths, large spacious full kitchen, living room/dining room w/ large flat screen TV and large sports bar w/ pool table. The 1 Bedroom Suite consists of 1 bedroom, full kitchen and shared dining area, living room w/ pull out sofa and a full bath. The 5 Bedroom Suite consists of 1 bedroom on the main level and 4 private bedrooms in the upper level. There are 3 shared full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area and living room. A 6 man hot tub, an above-ground pool and fire pit are only a few amenities that are provided during your stay. If available you can combined DeerRidge Estate w/ RiverView Estate to accommodate a larger group of 72. Vacation
Very good place for vacation we all liked, it has a lot of bedrooms which is good for large families the only thing is it doesn’t have smart tv and speaker (our family love to dance

Perfect place, for large groups with kids.
We were 37, and there was enough room for everyone. The whole family had fun and the kids had fun sledding in the snow. Christine and Gale were very good hosts. They were always available for any questions that we had. We will definitely come back to this house, maybe in the summer next time so we can see the beautiful view in a different season.

This place was incredible, the most beautiful location and perfect for a large gathering!
So easy to organize and really spectacular location and cool lay out of the old stables. This sleep all our guests comfortably of 40 people and we had full privacy. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Perfect Lake Getaway
An awesome location for a family getaway. Spent the 4th of July here with 14 family members and could not have had a better time. Secluded location with swimming pool, hot-tub, and plenty of space for lawn games. Look forward to staying again in the future!

Property was amazing, very scenic and well kept.
The Deer Ridge Estate was perfect to house our friend/family reunion. The estate was clean and well maintained, Everyone had a bedroom and then some more room on top of that. The house was great and has that rustic feel to it that you want on a getaway out of town for. The property is sprawling and plenty of room to do activities for the kids and adults especially the pool and hot tub. The owner, Gale even called me the 2nd day to check-in and see how the trip was going and if I needed anything else. Between Gale and Kristen, the property manager, is is safe to say that they went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. I would highly recommend the house for a weekend or more than a weekend.

Great Location and Great Amenities for a Great Price
Took a very large group to this mountain on the last weekend of March, 2019. The location was great, quiet and distant from everything. The views and the deers on site were the ingredients for great photos. The house was large, with all the necessary amenities and we were able to accommodate everyone nicely. Debbie received us and checked us out, she was very nice and attentive. The communication with property manager Kristen was fast and very effective. Got to meet the owner Gail, who showed us around her other properties nearby. Everyone in my group left very satisfied and we are planning to come back for another couples retreat or a wedding in the upcoming summer. I definitely recommend DeerRidge Estate by Brophy.

Relaxing get away!
The stay was phenomenal and hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely recommend for large groups. Just remember your bug spray for outdoor fun! Hiking was within walkable distance and my group of 40+ enjoyed immensely!

Great experience with a large group
We had a wonderful stay at DeerRidge this winter. The property was perfect for accommodating our group of nearly 40. The large main kitchen is set up nicely for large gatherings and meals. The location is easily accessible, and boasts a degree of seclusion while also being near enough to retail options in Hancock. Gale and the staff were very helpful and responsive from booking through checkout.
