We're only about 3 1/2 hours from New York City, but are truly a world away! For your group of six or less, our house has three bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a dining room for evening meals and a cozy table by the wood stove in the kitchen. This is a house where you can put up your feet and just relax! You'll find that our house is the perfect location for exploring the outdoors...whether by a walk or a bike ride on the Catskill Scenic Trail, a day trip to Cooperstown, or a night-time bonfire in the fire pit on the hill above the house. Or maybe you're just looking to relax? Settle in with a good book you picked out at one of the local used bookstores or watch that movie you been saving for a quiet day. So...lots to do if you want to....but only if you want to!

There is NO smoking in the house or on the porch.
Reservations for the Baseball Hall of Fame weekend in July may be subject to a higher rate. Please inquire. Hall of Fame Induction dates for upcoming years are: July 24, 2022 and July 23, 2023.

Peaceful Retreat
We enjoyed our stay in this old farmhouse. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was beautiful and we had the most delicious farm eggs I’ve ever had provided to us. I enjoyed reading about the history of the farm, hiking on the rail trail accessible from the property and the local farmer’s market. This house was dog friendly which is much appreciated.

Beautiful Farmhouse
We only stayed one night for a wedding but it was a lovely, easy experience to stay. Tons of rooms, very cozy and had great charm.

Beautiful, peaceful spot
Love this area, so pretty even in rain and briefly snow!. Close to Dehi, well appointed, super clean, comfy and homey. A great place to stay. Next time, we will bring bikes for the bike trail! (There are bikes there)
