**Note this is a residential neighborhood and not a party house. If your idea is to come up and get trashed - please look elsewhere. Absolutely no DJ equipment or speakers beyond a simple Bluetooth allowed. Local noise ordinance goes into effect at 11PM no exceptions.
A 3-night minimum may be required for certain holiday weekends. Please inquire if you intend to book a holiday stay.

About the Owner
I am an avid outdoorsman living in a beautiful part of upstate New York - right at the base of Hunter Ski Mountain! Only two and a half hours from Manhattan this lovely little town is a world away from the hustle, noise, and congestion of the city. While best known as a ski resort, this is truly a four-season destination with activities ranging from swimming and fishing to hiking and hunting. Having traveled the world, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Come visit and find out for yourself!
During your stay
I live on the property in a separate area of the home and am available 24/7 for any questions or issues. We will share the parking area. Parking for up to three cars is available.

Perfect for family gatherings
Cozy traditional A-frame vaca spot perfect for family gatherings. We really enjoyed the easy access to some great hiking trails in the area.

Plenty of room
Stephen’s place was perfect for our group. We were 9 but still had plenty of room. We used the grill a lot and found all the pans and equipment for all our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Catskill Escape
Stephen was a fantastic host, and his house is the perfect Catskill escape. My friends and I had an amazing time — it’s perfect for hanging out, grilling, reading in the hammocks, and even working remotely. Beds were comfortable and we all slept amazingly. Stephen gave great recommendations on hikes and swimming holes and was the perfect host. I can’t recommend his place enough and will definitely be back if he’ll have us.

Exactly what we wanted
Stephen’s place was exactly what we wanted for our mountain getaway. Beautiful property with ample space for our group of 8 plus 2 dogs. The house came equipped with essentials like towels and linens, kitchen tools, grill, and even a fire pit. Communication with Steve was quick and easy. Would love to come back again during ski season!
