Enjoy this mountain condo newly renovated by HGTV designer! Nestled within 11 minutes of both Hunter and Windham Mountains, there’s no better location in the Catskills. Within 5-15-minutes are countless hiking trails, lakes, kayaking, fishing streams, mountain biking, golf, amusement parks, and of course skiing/snowboarding and tubing.
This condo is all about finding comfort and relaxation after a day of action and adventure. The living room features a wood-burning, stone fireplace and a full wall of windows and a sliding door overlooking birch trees, mountains and a pond. The private back deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm drink or cocktail while watching the sunset and then gazing up at the stars by night.
The condo features a private entrance with a keyless lock, making check-in and check-out simple. The grounds have a pool, BBQs, lawn games, fire pits, etc. You won’t find a better location for a long weekend or extended stay than this beautifully appointed home. Discounts for extended stays. I’m newish to vrbo but have stellar reviews and ratings on airbnb. My goal is to be your favorite host.

Communal pool
The pool is a private amenity for the 3-building complex. It isn't frequently used but is consistently maintained. There are also two lakes (10 and 15 mins away) where people swim, picnic, etc.

Great stay
Exactly what we were looking for. Basically had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay and all attractions/food were a short drive away.

Lovely getaway in the mountains
The property was exactly as advertised and more! Greg was a terrific host who provided everything. I've never seen a kitchen so well-stocked in any rental (or even my own home). It was bit cool and rainy throughout the week, but we had a peaceful week and enjoyed the mountains and solitude.

Beautiful condo in great location
Greg's condo was perfect for our family of 6 (including 4 kids 3,5,5,8). It is so well furnished and cozy. We felt right at home. Being in the middle of the mountains, we still had all the amenities we could want, great wifi, TV, kitchen appliances. The place is beautiful and so comfortable. We spend a good part of one day at the pool, which my kids loved! We expected a quick swim then to move onto something else, but they had so much fun we stayed for most of the day. There are tons of pool toys for use. Greg was so helpful, gave us a bunch of resources, made check in and check out so simple, and was incredibly responsive. We were close to kaaterskills falls, zoom flume waterpark, a few restaurants, and some lakes. GEAT STAY!
