This 2,125 square foot waterfront home is nestled into the hillside, with the main living area and two bedrooms on the top floor - street level. Both street-level bedrooms have queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. There are three more bedrooms on the lower level, two with king size beds, and private full bathrooms, and one bedroom with two twin-size beds.

There is a fifth full bathroom with a whirlpool tub off the hallway on the main floor. There are 7 smart Roku flat screen TVs - a 55" (or larger) in the living room and 43" (or larger) TVs in each bedroom and in the dining area, all connected to Cable TV. A well-manicured yard in front of the home is large enough for playing a game of catch. For your comfort and convenience, this vacation home also features central air-conditioning, high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator with an automatic ice maker.

A gas grill on the upper deck is available for your use. I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys, and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet lakefront community.

Please respect the 15 MPH speed limit, quiet hours after 10 PM, and please, no team parties or large gatherings with anyone who is not a registered guest at the home.
