This 5 bedroom (4 up & 1 down) / 2 bath home sleeps 14. 1 king, 2 queens, a queen futon, a double, and a bunk bed room with 2 doubles & 2 twins. This great arts and crafts century home with hardwood floors is in the Village of Bemus Point just 6 houses from the only traffic light (a flashing one). The spacious front porch with seating for all (including a swing) is perfect for watching the sunset. Laundry room / mud room attaches to an updated fully-equipped kitchen which connects to the large dining / living rooms (with fireplace alcove). Across the street is your private 50 ft. of lakefront with dock and fire pit, for you to enjoy. The backyard is equipped with a gas grill and plenty of space to play & park cars.

You are a short walk to all that the Village of Bemus Point has to offer - restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, park, tennis, golfing, and much more!. Find us on Face book @ lake Chautauqua Rentals for local activities and events. Check out Chautauqua County http://www.tourchautauqua.com/Default.aspx for what is a short drive away. Beyond summer there is plenty to enjoy here - follow the Western NY Wine Trail, snow skiing (40 minutes from Peak n Peak & 45 min from Holiday Valley Ski Resorts), horseback riding, snowmobiling, checking out the fall colors (around the lake which is tree lined & surrounded by rolling hills), curling up by the fire,… While pillows and bedspreads, blankets, and comforters are provided please bring your own linens & towels unless you make special arrangements.

Neither the rental agent nor the owner is responsible for the loss of property left behind in a rental unit, accidents or injury of renters (guests), loss of money or other valuables.
A refundable security deposit in the amount stated on the first page of this agreement will be included in the charges on your reservation confirmation. Refundable security deposits are either returned in full within 30 days of departure or accounted for if there are charges to the security deposit. Renter agrees to remit payment for excess damages upon written notification of damages and their cost.
A minimum of $250.00 will not be refunded if you or any member of your party violates the written rules posted inside the dwelling or violates any use of dwelling rules/regulations required by the Village of Bemus Point Zoning Code, resulting in a fine to the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Renter will receive a refund of advanced rent paid provided we receive written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance of the first day of rental or if we are able to re-rent the unit for the entire period of the canceled rental.
