Irwin Bay Cottages & Vacation Rentals is located on one of the finest spots on Chautauqua Lake in the Southwestern corner of New York State, just one mile from the world-renowned Chautauqua Institution. We have over 200 feet of lakefront, a boat ramp and docks.

We are in the heart of wine country and surrounded by so many ways to enjoy nature. Our property is comprised of 9 seasonal cottages and 2 year-round vacation homes. We rent by the week and our cottages are all non-smoking/no-pet cottages which are furnished with the exception of linens and paper goods.

We're excited to announce that this 3-bedroom cottage received a remodel in 2020.  With every remodel we get better at space planning and we guarantee that this cottage will prove that!  We added on to it, brought all the different levels to one level, made a much more functional kitchen and bath and are very pleased with the results!

This is our largest seasonal cottage and has a combined living/dining/kitchen area, a bath, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each and 1 with two twins, and a larger-screened porch.

If the time-frame you’re looking for is not available, please check out our other cottages or our two year-round homes all located on the same property. We sometimes have a few adjustments to our availability in early February, so do check back with us if the week you're looking for is not currently available. This cottage can be rented in conjunction with one or more of our other rentals to accommodate a large group.
