Available weekly at $1500 plus 5% mandatory Chautauqua County Bed Tax on lodging fee only.

Reservations are normally from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am. Check-in is between 4 pm - 6 pm.
All rentals most begin or end on a Saturday in keeping with our normal weekly schedule.
Five -7 nights are considered a week.

Located off of Hidden Valley Road, Mayville, NY, quarter mile from Chautauqua Institution.
A deposit of one-half the lodging fee is required to confirm and hold the reservation.
Please bring your own bed linens and pillowcases, and bath towels
Dog fee per pet with limit of 2 dogs per home per week.
Guarded lake swimming is available at the Mayville Lakeside Park free of charge with showers, changing areas, and plenty of parking. Located 4 miles from Water Haven.
Liability waiver is required for potential swimming off our dock and shore

The perfect little getaway!!
We stayed at WaterHaven, it was absolutely perfect! Very clean, and thoroughly sanitized! You have your own private pier and very big, spacious lawn. The sunrise is the most incredible thing to watch if you’re up early enough! The owners are very respectful, helpful and there for you if you encounter any problems! Would highly recommended for anyone, the perfect little getaway!!

Home away from home, definitely going back!
Staying at Aqua Casa Vacation Homes is truly that…a home away from home without all of the distractions. My family was pleasantly surprised with the big yard that can be seen right out the kitchen window. A yard big enough for our corn hole and can jam tournaments. Even though there were vacation homes next to us, it felt secluded because of the very nice fencing that surrounds the property. Directly beyond the fencing there is a recreational, communal playground with lots to do for kids. My 13-year-old loved tetherball specifically. The property has two fire pits, one directly beside the water that is gorgeous. They already have outdoor furniture there too! The private dock was wonderful to tie off our boat and to sit on in the morning. As far as the home itself, it was very comfortable. We love to play cards and there was a wonderful table to eat at and play cards as a whole family of 5. It was very clean and when we needed something, the owner was very quick at helping us. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be going back!
