Cable and Wi-Fi included.
Living room area that includes a 48 inch TV and DVD player.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Gas grill and fire pit w/wood. Multi-level decks with 2 docks. Linens and towels are included.
- No pets and no smoking inside the cottage.
- The rental time frame is Saturday to Saturday.
- Seasonal rental only May - October.

About Liz:
We purchased this cottage because we love the lake and the community. I grew up on a lake and missed those perfect summers on the lake.
Liz purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Liz chose Cuba:
Close enough to Buffalo, only 1 hour 15 minutes. Love the one level living with wonderful lake views from the many windows.

Getaway
Very easy process from check in to check out. Perfect spot with a lot of care that went into the property. Will be renting there again.

Very nice place. Nice area.
All was pretty much as described. The place is very nice. It is more of a small house than a cottage and right on the water. Very relaxing. Many areas to visit and restaurants. Many pros to renting it. The only con was that it was instructed after rental that we had to clean up, which is expected, but also wash, dry and put away all linens and towels. Which in the days of covid, I kind of understand but the real kicker was trying to do it all and be out by 10 on check out day. Once I called and spoke to Liz, it was fine but it caused a bit of panic on our end at 945 when the towels werent dry. Perhaps a little bit later check out time would be better if the customer has to wash, dry and put away all the linens. Oh, and put it right in the ad before hand. Otherwise, all was perfect. Liz was easy to work with also.

Great Location & Stay
I love this little house on Cuba Lake. The house is fully stocked with anything you may need! Perfect location on the quiet end of the lake, minimal boat traffic and noise.

Cozy Lake House
This lake house exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean and organized . Great open floor plan Everything we needed for our week vacation was provided. The communication with the owner was excellent.

This home is absolutely perfect.
The weather was perfect. The summer crowd was gone. The water is just feet from the back door for fishing and kayaking. The home had everything we needed. We had a wonderfully relaxing time! Let us know if you ever want to sell.
