Beautifully renovated 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Wonderful kitchen, dining room, living room. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, two tv's. Off-street parking.
Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Kitchen has pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses. All you need to do is bring in food & beverage. There is a Keurig coffee maker. A wonderful place to stay while in Elmira. If this apartment isn't big enough check out our other property, Judy's House, located in the same neighborhood.
This rental is 5 minutes from Elmira College, within an hour of wineries on Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake. 45 minutes to Watkins Glen, 20 minutes to Corning NY, 45 minutes to Ithaca NY.

About Kevin and Eileen McInerny
This property is owned by Kevin McInerny. It is his second renovation for short term renting. His first is the beautiful Victorian home, Judy's House, which is in the same neighborhood as Doolin's. Kevin has a knack for restoring properties, making them a comfortable stay for those visiting Elmira, or surrounding areas...Corning, Ithaca, Finger Lakes, Watkins Glen. Kevin takes great pride in his restoration and it shows!

Beautiful Rental
Two couples stayed for four nights and the house was perfect! There have been upgrades to the house since the pictures on this website have been taken and they are all wonderful. We had plenty of space to relax and spread out - the side porch was perfect for winding down in the evenings and the parking in the back was plentiful and safe! There wasn't an amenity that has been overlooked in the house. And the owners are wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental when in the Elmira area.

Wondeful Spot in Elmira
Clean, newly renovated house in downtown Elmira. Very charming yet modern. Would absolutely rent again if I had to stay in the area.
