Description
This is one of Keuka lakes beautiful older homes. Located on the east side where you'll watch gorgeous sunsets, it's about 5 miles from Hammondsport, N.Y.
It has wainscoting on the walls, hardwood floors, original woodwork and a comfortable ambiance that comes with an older home. Electrical, heating system, plumbing, windows, siding, and roof have all been updated.
Relax by sitting on the enclosed porch while you visit with friends, read a book or just enjoy the activities on the beach.
The view is terrific all year 'round. Enjoy watching boats and water sports in the summer ,leaf peeping in the fall, winter birds feeding, and spring budding.

Additional Property Information
This property is handicap accessible. It is possible to enter the house without using stairs by going around the south side (grassy medium incline) of the house and going in the back door. There is a chair lift to access the second floor. There is a stool for tub and shower use and grab bars. It is (steam) cleaned to keep it hypoallergenic
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms
Air conditioning for the whole house will be installed before 2021 rental season begins.
Large walk-in beach and grass covered pier with picnic table and benches, chairs, and fire pit with wood provided.
There is a one lane road between the house and the beach. This provides easy access to the property. This is a family oriented area and you'll usually find children riding bikes, playing ball etc. on the road. You will normally find adults supervising and joining in on the fun. It is a popular walking area.
Room to park at least 6 vehicles.

Dog friendly, hypoallergenic? no extra charge. Not hypoallergenic? We charge $100 for special cleaning.
**Linens are not included. For an extra fee, we can supply them.
We use antiseptic wipes to clean.
The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival

Payment by check must be mailed 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
About the Owner
We are third generation owners. Our children and grandchildren have grown up here and intend to be the fourth and fifth generations to enjoy it. We are retired and spend unrented weeks here.
