Recently remodeled 2 Bedroom Cottage and 20 feet from Keuka Lake Shore. Sunset Cottage sits feet from the 55 ft of Keuka lake shoreline with it's own dock.
Sunset features new Kitchen, living space, enclosed porch overlooking the lake. 1 queen-size bed and 2 twin beds. A queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room adds additional sleeping. This recently renovated apartment includes 2 Bedroom, new Kitchen with an enclosed sun porch overlooking Keuka lake. Full-size bathroom with Tub / Shower and washer and dryer are also included.

The view is breathtaking, private and very comfortable.
Beautiful location, Brian is a very responsive host-although we didn't need much at all. The view is breathtaking, private and very comfortable. The location is close to Penn Yan and easy access to town and wineries. A wonderful weekend!

This was a fabulous
Two night stay for myself and 4 of my girlfriends!
The parking was perfect a very safe short walk down to the cottage brought us into an open airy and comfortable atmosphere!
The panoramic views were picturesque of the fall foliage and clear water of Keuka Lake!
This cozy cottage had all the amenities that we needed to make ourselves dinner including pots pans utensils and even a very clean grill right outside of the cottage overlooking the lake.
The fire pit was perfect with plenty of firewood available and Adirondack chairs!
Sleeps four super comfortable , we had a air mattress for the fifth guest. I would bringing one there was plenty of open space.
We also enjoyed the nearby wineries to complete our girls trip!

Would stay again, especially when weather is warm enough to use the canoe and kayaks.
We spent two nights at the Sunset Cottage and it was as advertised. Took morning walks on the quiet road and watched the full moon over the water in the evenings. The place was clean and shower had good pressure and hot water, though small for anyone who is tall and large

The cabin was right on the water and had beautiful sunsets.
Our trip to the finger lakes was amazing. The cabin was right on the water and had beautiful sunsets. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi and the TV was connected via that so neither worked the entire stay. Be aware, there is no way to lock the unit when you’re out and about

Location is fantastic. Place is right on the water, with great views. Just a few minutes drive from town.
Wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have taken advantage of all the water toys (kayak, paddle board, etc) but it was cool they were there for us had we wanted to use them.
There is a steep walk down a grassy slope to the cottage, which wasn’t an issue for my mom or I, but someone with mobility issues should be aware of that. Had I been traveling with my husband that would have been an issue for him (especially after the rain when it got slippery).

Cannot recommend this place enough.
Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s the perfect get away for a girls weekend or family trip. The beautiful view of the lake and being steps away from the water was our favorite part. Brian was a great host who was very attentive and friendly. We loved that there were kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe to enjoy on the water. Very clean and very relaxing! We can’t wait to go back!

We were blown away with our stay at the Sunset Cottage.
We were blown away with our stay at the Sunset Cottage. It was perfect for our group of 5. This was not a stripped down rental where you had to bring your own salt and pepper. Brian was very responsive and helpful when we needed extra linens. The lake front property was beautiful and it was wonderful to have access to kayaks included with our rental fee. We plan on staying again!

What a great little spot. Brian was very quick & clear with communication. Cottage was as described, & had great/beautiful access to the lake right off the front of the house w access to a canoe, 2 kayaks, a stand up paddleboard, a floating deck, a small beach, firepit, & 2 docks/piers. The town of Penn Yan is only 10 min up the road by car if you need anything. The queen bed mattress seemed a little worn out, but I slept ok. We enjoyed our stay & when the TV was not working, he came down & helped us figure it out til it was working (someone had put an output in the input spot). Would return!

Beautiful cottage next to the lake
Beautiful cottage next to the lake with everything you need. Kajaks, kanu and stand up paddle included. The view is amazing and its easy to relax around the fire pit. Brian is a great host and easy to reach if you need anything.
