The very private property is easily accessible to Seneca and Keuka wine trails and microbreweries. 2 minutes to the Windmill Farm and Craft Market - one of the top ten in the US.
Comfortably sleeps up to 8, with plenty of room to socialize. All new beds, furnishings, and hot tub - along with a fire pit, outdoor grill, and picnic table. Especially well suited to groups. Limo service to wineries, in-cottage massages, bike and boat rentals available.
The Outlet hiking/biking trail is 10 minutes away. Central location to all nearby small towns. 7 minutes to 24-hour supermarket, movie theater, shops, golf, restaurants, gas, horseback riding, and the best lake access park in the Finger Lakes.
The cottage is meticulously maintained and pet friendly and serves as either the perfect romantic honeymoon getaway or family lake vacation. We are the highest rated accommodation in this area every year. In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motorboats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Finger lakes get together
House is clean and spacious, plenty big for our family of five plus two dogs. Great large yard for dogs to runaround. Well located. Rural but close to grocery stores and Keuka Outlet Trail. Also close to Finger Lakes Trail system for longer hiking. Kitchen was only supplied with very basic pots and pans so if you plan to cook much you might consider bringing your own things. Also, if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells, ask for them to not use the strongly scented Fabric softener or room spray that permeated the house.

Very nice place, definitely will come back. The attention to detail was excellent and made us feel vary welcomed. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and less than 10 mins away from shops and grocery stores.

Spacious, attention to detail, pet friendly
Had a fantastic time at this property. When looking for per friendly locations this one was the easy choice because of the reasonable pet policy. Communication was great anytime i needed to reach out. The attention to detail from decor to ensuring walking in for the first time was a positive experience was wonderful. Would honestly book again. Thinking about a summer return with friends.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
My two sisters and I stayed at the property for our annual sisters weekend. The property was close to different wineries, supermarket, Dunkin’ and gas stations. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The property managers were awesome! Sarah was so easy to communicate with and very responsive! We look forward to future visits!

Perfect for Some R&R
My wife and I had been planning a trip to Jamaica this year, away from the kids, work, etc. This is something we only do every few years, so we were really looking forward to it. Needless to say, COVID had other plans. After cancelling it for the 3rd time, we decided to switch gears and just go somewhere, anywhere for a few nights. After spending some time on VRBO, we found this property. We absolutely loved it. We stopped at the grocery store on the way, checked in, and never left until checkout. The house is beautiful inside. It’s not super fancy, but nicer than what I would call a “cottage.” Everything was immaculate, there was plenty of room for us (we didn’t touch two of the three bedrooms), the bed was comfortable and the house was well decorated and cozy. The hot tub (which was a must have during our search) was wonderful to relax in, even in the snowy cold. I had seen in other reviews that some felt it was too dark by the hot tub, so we brought a lantern. We used it the 1st night but didn’t really feel it was needed. There is an exterior light on the back deck that gives just enough light without being too bright or annoying. The location is also perfect - tucked away amongst the trees to give a feeling of privacy, but with neighbors around so we didn’t feel like we were alone in the woods in the middle of nowhere at night. There were some nice little touches that show the owners are really invested in making a great experience - the kitchen table was set, there was music playing from the television, and the beds all had a welcoming display with teacups and teabags. There were several books around the house that we were invited to read while we were there, another classy touch. We had only a few very minor complaints - the coffee maker was dirty with some kind of slimy residue in the water reservoir. I washed it out and it was fine. Most of the doors are very squeaky. My wife is a light sleeper and I usually go to bed later than she does, so every time I came to bed I’d wake her up by opening and closing the door. I think just a little oil would go a long way. Lastly, the hot tub worked well, but we couldn’t adjust the heat and the buttons seemed to have their wires crossed (i.e. the “light” button turned on the jets and the “heat” button turned on the light). Again, these were all quite minor and would not make us think twice about visiting again. Jamaica it was not, but it was a great substitute. Thank you for having us!

AMAZING getaway!
Couldn’t have asked for anything better!! Everything was perfect, house was beautiful and CLEAN! It was an amazing getaway for me and my fiancé. We would love to come back next year! We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Jeff & sarah!!

Pleasant stay!
We had a wonderful time here. Weather was bad (rain), so we were unable to take advantage of the patio or the grounds. But the home was beautiful, comfortable, and we had lots to do at the Finger Lakes. Be sure to pack slippers! No shoes on the rugs. Thankfully we were prepared. We absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate coming back again ourselves.
