Christmas with the family
The farmhouse was a great spot for our family reunion. There were 7 of us and the rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and the house was spotless. Nice
Central location with easy access to wineries, Penn Yann and great hiking. The Outlet Trail was wonderful and so close. The hot tub spa was a treat after hiking and was used a lot!
The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and felt homey.

Great place to stay
Staying at this property reminded me of having a sleep over at my grandma's house when I was a kid - it just felt familiar and cozy right away. The house was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. A faulty furnace was fixed the same day we let the owners know about it. Every site we wished to visit was within 30 minutes but the drives were scenic anyway so it didn't seem to take long at all. Being close to Penn Yan is also a plus as we love to visit small towns and Penn Yan did not disappoint.

Successful Girls weekend
This farmhouse is anything but old or outdated. The rooms were very clean and decorated in a calming style. You may think you have noticed everything in the room, however look again, you will find something new. The pictures and the description are exactly the way it is. This house has a unique style of industrial mixed with farmhouse mixed with garden. The beds and the 1000 count linens await us after a day of exploring the area. Plenty of towels are available in the bath rooms and the Spa. Speaking of the Spa, the space has great touches with the battery candles, music and seating. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and the patios and outside area was not used. Numerous wineries are within a 15 minute drive as are places to eat and grocery stores.

Beautiful Property great for Family Time
all was as explained in the summary of the property, very clean, tastefully decorated, great comfortable beds, linens and towels good quality, plenty available, easy location. New SPA was very nice added addition. There is really nothing i could complain about. except the additional fees for host of each person for each night i did not expect, i have never gone through VRBO before, but the house itself was worth the cost. our weather was BAD but we still had a great weekend.

Amazing!!
We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful farmhouse. The views are stunning. The property is immaculate. The hot tub is awesome. We grilled. We had a bonfire. We got to swing in the tree swing. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to return!

Enjoyable weekend
Great weekend get away with friends. House was clean and felt like home. Close to lots of activities but out in the country. Quiet and relaxing. The rope swing was fun!!!

Fall friend getaway
We just returned from our weekend in the Finger Lakes. This was the first visit to the area for all 8 of us. Knowing nothing about the region made looking for a rental a little overwhelming. We chose this property for its proximity to both Lake Keuka and Lake Seneca.
The house was exactly as the pictures show. Each room was nicely decorated. All rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. What the pictures do not show is how clean the property is! I am pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness. This property was immaculate, which is surprising given the age of the property. Sometimes older homes are harder to give that spotless look, simply because of the age. The only thing we noticed was a slight musty smell when you first walk into the house. However, within a few minutes, we didn't notice it at all. Don't let the slight smell deter you...it was Clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything to prepare a meal. We also loved that the vines in the front yard were full of ready to pick grapes. The owner texted us to let us know we could help ourselves to fresh grapes. They have a hot tub for those who are looking for that. The hot tub is in the barn. So if you're looking for an outdoor hot tub experience, be aware that the hot tub is inside.
There are many wineries within a short drive. We also enjoyed the Windmill Farmers and Craft Market that is nearby on Saturday morning. If you're looking for dining recommendations, we enjoyed a fantastic meal at Halsey's in Geneva. The service was great and the food was delicious. I highly suggest the meatball appetizer.
If you looking for a clean, spacious, welcoming property with plenty of room to spread out, this property will be perfect.

A great place to getaway in the Finger Lakes
We really enjoyed our stay here. Location-wise we were pretty close (30-60 minute drive) to a lot of things in the region, including wineries and breweries on Seneca and Keuka lakes. The Keuka Outlet Trail is only a five-minute drive away, so that was a great place to walk our dog when we wanted to take her on longer walks. Being out in the country it was fairly quiet, although there was some car traffic on both roads by the house. The farmhouse was very clean and well-maintained. The hot tub in the barn was a nice feature to have handy after a couple of long and tiring days. We spent a lot of time on the patio on the side on the house, so that was a great feature. We’d definitely consider staying there again!

Comfortable cozy farmhouse
House had plenty of room, loved the decor. Multiple porches to sit on and beautiful area to relax. Plenty of space for parking, nice lot for the dogs to play. Being dog friendly is one of the main reasons we rented this home. The owners have put a lot of time and thought into the farm house renovation, layout and decor.
