The space:
5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleep 12 in beds. All full bathrooms are on the second floor. Half bath on the first floor. 4 bedrooms on the second floor. 1 bedroom in the basement.
The bedroom is the only part of the basement that is finished. Master 1 has a king bed. Master 2 has a queen bed. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a single over double and another single bed, so sleeps 4 in the bunk room. 4th bedroom on second floor has a full-size bed. basement bedroom has a queen.
Guest access: You'll have the whole house to yourself.
