Description
Stunning and private waterfront property on magical Keuka Lake. This lakeside property gives you plenty of room to stretch out, with a nice lawn, a firepit at the beach, and a permanent dock to tie your boat up to.
For fun, there is a swimming deck. You can enjoy the views of the lake and the bluff from the waterside or in the protection of the wrap-around deck. Two living areas allow for tv and games and the spacious kitchen will allow you to put together great summertime meals with ease.
This open and airy home offers a main floor master suite with a large jacuzzi tub that includes a king-size bed and in-room television. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, plus an open bunk room, a large sitting area, 2 full baths and a kitchenette.
One room has two single beds, one has a queen bed and one has a king bed. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a queen bottom and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom. You can walk out to the lake from this level to easily access the refrigerator for a cold drink or hang out in the spacious family room area. We would like to remind guests to use the lower level to walk out to the lake.
The house has started renovations and the stairs going out from the upper level will be removed and are currently not safe. The dock is not usable at this time. This will also be removed. The porch, lawn, and fire pit are the areas that should be utilized. If there is anything you need at all, please call me.

Couples retrear
5 friend couples stayed in this wonderful home. We had plenty of room to gather and to spread out. The campfires were fabulous, the views couldn't be beat. The deck was fabulous for watching the sun rise in the morning, having cocktails in the afternoon, and gathering to chat the entire time. I would highly recommend this to others as long as they don't want to rent it the same weekend that I want to:). My friends told me all weekend long what a great job I did finding the perfect spot for us to stay. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend. ❤️

Wonderful weekend on Keuka Lake!
We spent a long weekend in early September on Keuka Lake at the Lake House. Everyone had a great time! The house was clean and welcoming. We all loved the location and outdoor amenities, especially the deck, fire pit and docks.

Fabulous Vacation!
We had 2 families staying in the house - 9 people total. It was fantastic. The house was very clean and had the basic amenities (yet we did need to get more shampoo and soap for the showers). The location was fabulous. Not only are you right on the water, but Penn Yan was only 15 minutes away. We had planned to go out for dinners, but the view from the deck and the table outside was too good to pass up, so we stayed in. Cooking was a breeze given the fully equipped kitchen. We all agreed - we scored with this house. Thanks, Mary, for the hospitality! We will come again!!

Wonderful
The house is beautiful and the view and lake access are exactly what you’d want in a lakehouse. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables, the outdoor table is on the back porch overlooking the lake and it’s beautiful. There is plenty of space down by the water to hang around. There was a ton of firewood in the garage when we stayed. Would go back in a heartbeat. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower which was a little odd, and we had to text the owner for the code to the lockbox (she responded immediately), so just be sure to plan around that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful end of the lake.
Great property for family to converge on a great end of the lake. Lots of space. Great for boating or swimming. Quiet end of the lake. Bring your own flotation devices.

Amazing house and lake access
This house is huge, comfortable and very family friendly. The lakefront has a gorgeous fire pit and a large pier for fishing. The swim platform was a lot of fun. The lake was clean and great for swimming. We had a wonderful time.
