Year-round rental home with a recently remodeled kitchen located on a unique country lakeside setting. Over 2 acres of outside green space offering a park-like experience to enjoy many recreational activities. 900 feet of lake frontage with access to a duck blind and a creek running through the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside.
Please note the extended minimum length of stay & seasonal rates in effect late June - early September. Local convenience store, pizza shop and restaurant within walking distance. 15-minute drive to Skaneateles, Song Mountain, or the Lafayette apple orchards.
Just 30-minute drive to Syracuse, Cortland or Auburn. Plenty of lake frontage to enjoy and green space for outdoor activities. Together we hold many years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality business. Renovated kitchen designed by a chef with ample counter space for cooking. Available to greet you on arrival.
Otisco Lake access to fish, kayak or just sit back relax and enjoy the country sunsets over the lake. There is also a creek that runs through the property along with frequent visitors such as blu herons, bald eagles, and deer. Pizza shop and convenience store in walking distance.

Comfortable and quiet
Kim was great at communicating with me as well as giving us space to enjoy ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place as a comfortable and quiet get away that isn't to far from the city attractions

Very warm and welcoming
Kimberly and Chuck's place was very warm and welcoming. The house is cozy and cute and a nice relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of city and suburban life. They were excellent hosts and being in close proximity to the house was great for anything we may have needed. There extra special touches of providing a homemade pizza and setting up a campfire were sweet! And they were very accommodating to our check in and check out times. Kimberly provided some suggestions of things to do around the area, too! Thanks for a lovely weekend! Hope to be back soon. =)

Great hosts! We had an amazing stay
Our experience at Kimberly's house was amazing. The place is set up very well with everything you need. Just steps form the front door is the best tiger muskie fishing on the east coast. Kimberly is a very attentive host and s there if you need anything. Happy guest Brian
