Welcome to the coziest cottage on Seneca's west side. Completely remodeled in October, 2018 - inside and out. This cottage is in a very private and quiet setting. All new floors, roof, porch roof, and boathouse roof in fall of 2018. Enjoy the awesome views from the hot tub overlooking the lake. There is large screen cable TV and high speed wireless Internet. The front of the cottage has an awesome view of the lake through a mostly glass wall.
That view is accessible from most of the cottage. Dinner with the family or breakfast at sunrise can be enjoyed on a large covered deck overlooking the lake, or on the dock. Has charcoal grill and fire pit by the water. Very large bedrooms, including a king master.
Modern new appliances in kitchen - new ceramic tile bathroom. Very well decorated and exceptionally clean. 2 tennis courts nearby. 3 golf courses within 15 minutes. In-cottage massages and limo tours at door available. There are only a few stairs down to the lake and even a small beach for children. We are in a VERY central location which puts us close to most of the region's premier wineries and nearby towns. We are 6 miles from shopping, groceries, gas, restaurants, and movie theaters. 8 miles from the state boat launch and boat rentals. Road open year-round and easily accessible in winter. Walking distance to the Outlet Trail for hiking and biking between Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Walk to tennis courts and new Tot Lot. Cottage is modern and exceptionally clean.
Award for Excellence every year. Excellent rental for those with pets [fenced in yard]. Easily accessible all year, including winter. In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motorboats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. About the Owner
Our family has had a cottage nearby since 1930, and since has added 4 more in the same vicinity. When these latter cottages were purchased, we knew from years of experience that this location is one of the most desirable on any of the Finger Lakes.
Our cottage is very accessible year-round, has ease of access to the water, enjoys peace and solitude, as well as privacy, and has beautiful views of the lake. The area behind the cottage is lawn and woods, which is also very scenic. We found the cottage to have a real, quaint lakefront cottage feeling. It is cozy with lots of windows and light. We also liked the fact that the bedrooms were very large for a cottage, unlike many cottages we had seen.
There are no big drop-offs at the water, so our children and our grandchildren can enjoy playing in the water without fear. It was the nicest of all the cottages we looked at, and our family loves it.

Perfect Get Birthday Getaway
This was such a relaxing getaway for us - taking time off to celebrate a birthday - and the property was as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the back porch, or the dock, but we definitely enjoyed using the hot tub. Sarah left lights and music on for us when we were scheduled to check in and that was a lovely touch. The only drawback for us - we couldn't stay longer!

Cozy Cottage
Perfect for our weekend getaway. Located on the west side of the lake, we could pop in and out to visit local wineries. Cottage was clean. Yard was fenced for our dog. Great dinner spots nearby in Penn Yan and Geneva. Coming in November was great, no crowds!

Beautiful and clean
The location was perfect, we enjoyed our time in the finger lakes. The jacuzzi was great after a hike along the Outlet Trail which was less than a mile from the cottage. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Also the kitchen was stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning.

Adorable
This cottage was even cuter than the listing looks, check in was super easy, and the lake view and sounds were so calming and peaceful. Just a note that there is no store close by - the closest gas station or grocery store is a 13 minute drive to Penn Yan so bear that in mind if you plan on being able to just run out and grab something. But really very nice check in was super easy and there are a bunch of wineries very close.
