Perfect for getting away. Great view. Nice hot tub.
Stayed January, 2021
A much needed getaway for us. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and even a crock pot! You can’t beat the view. It was amazing with the hot tub. We also appreciated all the channels. We were able to find a nice music channel on the tv while we played a board game. Plenty of space to bring your pet and walk around outside. The bedrooms are definitely small as other reviewers stated. The area was super cute with all the wineries. We should have stayed longer!

We loved our stay! The cottage is super cute and cozy and right on Seneca Lake. There are other houses somewhat nearby but it’s a sleepy town in the winter, so we felt it was very private.
You can tell the owners took great care to make the cottage feel like a spa to welcome us. The hot tub was perfect and easy to use. The cottage has two very small bedrooms and was the right size for just two of us and our dogs—I’d say four people would be a little tight but doable. We were so glad to be able to bring our dogs! Thanks for the lovely stay.

We stayed 4 nights. Property was very cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the views of the lake (especially from the hot tub). Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were small, but we didn’t mind. Property was also clean.

Rented this property for a getaway trip with my girlfriend. Property was very well maintained/cleaned. Overlooking the lake was the perfect setting for this trip, would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a romantic fun getaway

Overall it was a cozy place to getaway. It was wonderful that we were able to bring our two Frenchies.

Cottage was very clean and had a lot to offer but the bedrooms are very very small. Hard to navigate around the bed for even smaller fit individual. The beds were definitely comfortable and clean. The large windows in the living area are amazing for the sunset and sunrise. Definitely great views! The location to towns, near by winery, hiking spots is very desirable however the cottage is directly next door to a us navy yard so you won’t be able to sleep past 7-7:30am if it’s operational during your stay.

The property looks just like the pictures. It was easy to find, at the end of a cut-de-sac. It was very quite, clean and comfortable. The town of Dresden does not have much but we were 30 min from Watkins Glen and about 15 min from Geneva. Tons and tons of wineries up and down Rt. 14. I brought my two dogs and found plenty of hiking spots for us to do. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this super cozy seaside oasis. We loved that we could kayak right off of the beach. The dock was shorter than the one that was photographed, and the house is so situate right next door to the naval sonar testing base. That was not so wonderful at 6:30 am when the loud speakers would go off. There is a nature trail to walk just down the road from the property, and that was awesome! The house had a beautiful view, the fall foliage was peak, and the wineries were fantastic!
