The cottage is cozy and inviting and close to the many Seneca Lake wineries. The place was well maintained and the host was super responsive via messages and texts. Due to the weather we did not spend too much time outside so no comments on the surrounding view or exterior area.

Our experiences with the owners of this property were wonderful and the property was extremely clean. However this property is technically a Mobil home not a cottage. It is not wheelchair accessible, the porch is not heated so should be considered 3 season and the property is very loud at night. The location was perfect and the lake is beautiful. Again the owners were wonderful just a few items should be cleared up in the listing.

This little cottage was very cute and clean! Location was great. A little QUIET neighborhood in the middle of everything Seneca Lake has to offer (in driving distance). A very quick walk down to public access of the lake. The hot tub was probably the cleanest I’ve ever been in for a rental. Perfect for the 30 degree nights! Bed was comfortable. Had pretty much everything you’d need for a short stay in the finger lakes. Will definitely stay again when we come back up north.

The cottage/trailer was very clean when we got there. The outside deceives you when you arrive. The interior was clean, and well decorated. The only issues we had were with the factory behind the property which made noise during the morning hours. We also reported things that needed repair to the owners and they were very responsive. If you use the oven, be careful when opening it, as it sets off the smoke alarm. But let me tell you, we loved the hot tub, the view was great, the fire pit was fun and overall a perfect location for a weekend away for adults.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. The facility that you refered tom as a factory is actually a US Navy facility that they use as an access point to the lake. One of their responsibities is manning the barge floating in the middle of the lake. They send replacement crews out there 3 times a day. Youn likely noticed activity related to that. We appreciate you taking such good care of the cottage and we hope to see you again in the future.
We chose this property for the location and the hot tub! Keuka Lake Outlet Trail is a 2 min. bike ride away. We walked to the end of our road to Seneca Lake. Wineries are everywhere. Watkins Glen was a short drive. The cottage was ok, a little crooked. Management was easy to contact, although we never needed to. The only thing we let them know about was the bath tub backing up immediately. I assume they'll have this snaked before the next guest.

The place was very clean and was a great location if you are doing the wine trail or planning to travel to Watkins Glen or Geneva (both equal distance).

The house was perfect. We were a little concerned reading reviews about it being a trailer, but the worry was unneeded. There was still plenty of room for the 4 of us. My daughter still raves about the comfort of the bed she slept on. Hot tub was great after hiking all day. Didnt get to do any fishing but the lake access would have been perfect for that. And my wife and I loved the look of the mansion it was so quiant.

First visit to the area- so much to do and see. Property manager was so helpful and informative with suggestions. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Traveled with two boys and a dog - so was not expecting luxury. Only down side was neighbor from up the street telling us That the unoccupied house on the property is haunted. Interesting historical area!!!
