About Pat:
Our family has been in the hospitality business since mid-2006 - including a nearby country inn and lakefront cottages. We have the highest ratings in the area on Expedia, every year. When you stay with us, you are dealing with family, not a hired manager. We take a great deal of pride in what we do and enjoy what we do.
Why Pat Hoke chose Dundee:
Well suited to groups of up to 8. Larger groups can add extra rooms at our country inn next door. Plenty of room outdoors to socialize and party, with no concern for disturbing neighbors. Small events considered. Please ask. Catering, in cottage masseuses, limo service, kayak rentals, horseback riding available upon request.
We LOVED our stay! The cottage was beautiful and loved the privacy that the property offered. Great location near everything! Thank you!

This place was immaculately clean. Looked just like all the pictures. Hot tub was hot and working!! It was a great place to do star gazing, although the tub was situated right between the house and the garage. Made for noise and lights every time a vehicle passed. The interior was beautifully decorated with wall hangings. Although this was not a cottage, it was a double wide trailer. The flooring was a mish mash of what looked like dyi flooring. The trailer was close enough to the road that you heard every vehicle pass. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the place.

Clean, cozy and welcome is how we felt quickly upon entering this house after a long drive thru ongoing downpours. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
Only negatives is the front small bedroom was cold over night (we didn't see a heat vent in there) and the taste of water was off at times -- had to dump a pot of coffee that tasted salty the second morning. We switched to bottled water from then on. It was just inconvenient since I had asked and was told the tap/city water was excellent.
Location was convenient to wineries, restaurants and activities on both sides of Seneca and Keuka lakes and anything in between them.

Nice cottage on a private lot with a jacuzzi. Cottage has a ramp my elderly dog was thrilled. The house was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies pots pans utensils. Our trip was a short weekday getaway to decompress from work. Would definitely recommend for a pet friendly private spot in a central location for visiting the west side of seneca. Also quick access to keuka.
