Plan your Finger Lakes Wine Country getaway or vacation in this beautiful year-round lake home on the east shore of Seneca Lake in Lakeshore Landing. Relax and enjoy a newly renovated walk-out lakefront home with year-round sunsets.
The covered Front porch has two rocking chairs and an outside table with 4 chairs to enjoy a gorgeous garden in the front of the house. At the back, there’s a very expansive lakeside deck to enjoy the sunsets with a 7-person Hot Tub (Open May through October). Located on a quiet dead-end road with Sampson State Park just a 5-minute walk away leading to over 20 different walking trails. There's a 100 foot dock out over the lake (bring your fishing gear).
The main entrance has access to the first-floor bathroom and leads into the chef's kitchen. There is a relaxing breakfast nook with bench seating to sit and enjoy the lake view. The living room has comfortable leather furniture. The large Dining area has a table with seven chairs on one side of the room and a wood-burning fireplace sitting area on the other side – all an open floor plan with an amazing view of the lake.
The first floor has three bedrooms; the first bedroom has a queen and twin bed with an attached tiled shower bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom is a suite with a queen and attached bathroom with shower along with access to the deck. The second floor has two bedrooms with bow windows that overlook the lake – one has a queen bed and the other has two full-size beds. There’s a large full bathroom with a tub on the second floor.
The heated/AC and finished garage is used as a game room with a ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, leather couch, futon couch and two swivel chairs for your enjoyment. There is the laundry area in the corner along with a second refrigerator and large ice maker. On the outside deck, there is an outdoor kitchen, wicker bar, wicker lounge chairs, wicker sofa seating, hot tub, table & six chairs and three-person swing. There is also a sandbox kid's area off the deck. Near the beach is a relaxing fire pit area with composite furniture ready for smores. The dock has a composite table with six bar-height swivel composite chairs.
This house offers luxury and relaxation in the heart of the Finger Lakes where you can enjoy lake living. The home offers privacy but is also conveniently situated on the Seneca Wine Trail and is just a short drive away from Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca or Watkins Glen as well as easily accessible from Interstate 90 or I 86/17. For all you race fans, we are within 25 minutes of the Glen. We are also a 35 minute drive from Ithaca.
The home is close to many popular lakeside wineries, breweries, and Wedding locations – ex. Bellhurst Castle, Ventosa, Esperanza Mansion, Three Brothers, Wagner Winery, Logan Ridge Estates, etc.

We are in a HOA and require everyone to follow the HOA rules.
We own the lot across the street and use it for parking - we are not allowed to park on the side of the road - only in the driveway or lot across the road.

About the Owner
As noted, we were on Homeaway for a couple of years and always had a 5-star rating which generated repeat renters who wanted to keep coming back. We did not offer our home in 2020, 2021 or 2022.
We have a large flower garden in the front of the house that you can sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the birds in the morning - that is my getaway spot. Or you can go to the lakeside- sit on the deck or go out to the dock, look in the lake for catfish and watch the morning fisherman.

A group of 9 of my friends rented this property and we absolutely loved it! There is literally everything you could possibly need right at the house including hot tub, fire pit, fully outfitted beautiful kitchen and our favorite part was enjoying the sunset off the lake front patio

This was my second time renting this property and I could not be happier. The house is wonderful and well equipped for a fun getaway. The owner is always very nice and accommodating. She makes it a point to check in on us and to ensure we have everything we need. I could not be happier with the overall experience.

Six sisters get together annually. Property was lovely with lots of space, very clean, a fully equipped kitchen (we cook), and terrific amenities and location (right on the eastern shore of Lake Seneca). Owner, Diana, was more than helpful and accessible. In fact, she called just to make sure we had found her place and had no concerns. She also suggested things to do nearby. All my sisters loved the house. The sunsets were awesome. We would definitely rent again.

We were thrilled with this property and can't say enough positives about it. We've rented vacation properties for over 25 years and this one was perfect in every way. The owners thought of everything. This is a first class unit and perfect for a family vacation or gathering of friends. There's so much to see and do in the area. I highly recommend the white deer tour. It is a 501c and they make good use of their funds. Saw lots of white deer and scads of white tails. As a former MP at that facility it brought back lots of memories. Wineries, breweries and distilleries abound. You will not be disappointed renting this one.
