The 617 is a FULLY LICENSED
1800 sq foot 1st Floor three BR rental in the NF Heritage District. The residence was built in 1911 and was remodeled/restored in 2018. Directions to the Falls: walk out the front door, turn left and follow the mist. Save on parking fees at Falls and downtown attractions. So close, you can fall asleep to the roar of the falls in summer. Large porch for relaxing after a day of taking in the sights. Attractive discount for three or more days in the months of Oct-April.
My restored home is just over 1800 sq ft and consists of three BR's, a 10'x14' dining room, and 10' x 16' living room for gathering. Arts & Crafts style home that had a role in an infamous episode of the 1960's series "Route 66". Parking available on premises for up to two cars with regular presence by the NYS Parks Police and NFPD. Additional parking available just across the street. A walk to Canada is shorter than a drive on most days and they put on a pretty good fireworks display in every night during the summer.A five-minute walk will get you to the greatest viewing places you'll find anywhere...guaranteed.
I spent a great deal of time restoring my home to make it comfortable for you. This is my only rental and I take great pride in providing my guests with a great experience in a clean, comfortable home. I am lucky enough to be in one of the greatest places in the world. Aside from being so close to the Falls, I am surrounded by great events during summer. The local outdoor scene will impress with concerts at Artpark (Artpark.net) and the Harbor (canalsidebuffalo.com).
A short walk will get you to fantastic eateries of the Mom & Pop variety along with chains such as Hard Rock Cafe (live bands) and Rainforest Cafe. I'll have menus for you to review. The Seneca Niagara Casino (live entertainment) is a stone's throw away. The upper Niagara River is a two-minute walk behind the house.
The solace of fall fishing in the Niagara Gorge is an experience you won't soon forget. A few hours walking along Center St in Lewiston will pass quickly and is a great way to eat, shop and enjoy a very cool village. When you're done, ride the rapids of the lower Niagara River in a Jetboat (serious fun) then head to Fort Niagara and Youngstown. Be sure to stop Somewhere (see FB page). Cap off your day with some great eats and local craft beer with a visit to see Dee at Lox, Stock & Barrel. She's pretty awesome and only a five-minute drive. Book a few days and enjoy. If you go home hungry, parched or entertained, it's your own fault.
The Niagara Discovery Shuttle passes right in front of the house. It's your trolley ride to Ft. Niagara, The Power Vista, Lewiston, and Youngstown. Keep in mind: Somewhere in Youngstown is among the finest establishments anywhere.
Oh...and the cost? There is none; it's free. Amazing...ain't it?
PLEASE NOTE: I ask that you provide a clear picture of yourself. A lack of either will delay or possibly deny your approval.
MY PROPERTY IS REGISTERED & LICENSED WITH THE CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS.
I am also a member of the TOURIST HOME ASSOCIATION which is a group focused on local issues regarding the safety and enjoyment of our guests. The city has recently begun an all-out crackdown on unlicensed and in some cases unsafe dwellings that are advertised on various websites. I encourage you to exercise due diligence in researching your rental as arriving at your location only to find they are not operating due to a lack of licensure or in a questionable neighborhood would not be in your best interest.
Guest access is limited to the apartment and porch. Other areas are secured. I live upstairs. Need help? Knock, text or call. I have you covered.
Please speak to me about parking as improper overnight parking will result in added revenues for the city in the form of fines.

I brought my family to Niagara Falls and Dan’s place felt like our home. So comfortable, great location and Dan is the best host! We got a lot of recommendations and they were helpful.

Really glad we chose this place to stay while visiting Niagra Falls. There is so much room, and so many thoughtful touches in the kitchen and throughout the apartment, it really makes your stay so comfortable. The location so close to the falls is really nice as well. We were only there overnight, but visited the falls twice, once in daylight and once lit up in the evening. Make sure to try Buzzy's Pizza while in town, you won't regret it! Great stay!

Fantastic stay! The photos simply do not do Dan's place justice. He's done a fabulous restoration - original wood trim and doors, brick fireplace, wood floors. You can tell he put so much work into renovating the space. It's spacious and very tastefully furnished. Beautiful furniture and rugs throughout, each room a different paint color, super comfortable beds, and the bathroom is gorgeous! And thoughtful details throughout - like the hooks in the bathroom, light switches that glow so you can find them in the dark, wireless phone chargers, extra blankets, thorough instructions for the television, games, lots of information on local attractions and restaurants. And you can't beat the location for convenience to the falls - just a short walk and you're there. Easily one of (if not the) best Airbnbs we've stayed in.
