Comfortable vacation rental house in Niagara Falls. Comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Simple. 3 Rooms have 1 full size bed. 2 family rooms NO COOKING facilities. Only microwave/coffee maker/refrigerator/water kettle Fenced in private backyard with deck Parking for 2 cars is onsite (driveway) 2 miles to Niagara Falls State Park - 5mins drive, 30-45 mins walk or 15mins bus ride. Bus stop is just around the corner.
AMTRAK train station is just 2 blocks away
No smoking No pets
No parties or events
Check in is anytime after 4PM MAXIMUM 2 people in a room (6 people for the whole house).

It is IMPORTANT that you advise the host of your arrival time to the property via email (or text) so that access to the property can be arranged. I expect my guests to respect the space as if it is their own. 1. Be considerate of other guests by cleaning up after themselves when using the public space ie. bathroom sink, living room. 2. pros and cons
The owner was the friendliest and gave us tons of help and hints. The house was comfortable and worked well for our one-night stay. The backyard looked cute and I wished we had more time to use it. There is a limited kitchen area with a microwave and coffeemaker. I appreciated the coffee and the water cooler there. We needed some extra sheets, and the owner was very helpful and had a neighbor bring them over that evening. Be aware that the house is on a street that gets a bit of traffic at night, and I did go to sleep to the sound of a neighbor yelling at someone.

Great place to stay. Excellent host. Very short drive to the falls.
We enjoyed our stay there. Ray is a great host!!! Very helpful, friendly, understands our needs!!! House is very clean, close to water falls, short drive but not bad at all. TOPS grocery store is only a few blocks away and it had everything a family would need!!! Overall, the stay was excellent!!! Thank you Ray!!!!

The house was well maintained
The house was very near to Niagara Falls and is good for a big family. The main bedroom was hot. Might be because of the weather but overall I enjoyed the stay.

Nice rental
The neighborhood was sketchy but the rental property was fine for our family . Sad to see the USA side of Niagra falls

Place was clean, close to Niagara Falls. Exactly as seen in the pictures.
The host was very helpful and responsive to requests. Will definitely stay again if in the buffalo area.

Amazing place to stay
I'd like to start my review by saying that Ray is an AMAZING host. He came and met us at the house, made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Showed us around and gave some suggestions for local food and attractions.
Now the house....it's GORGEOUS!!! We were sad that we only got to spend one night there. Spacious bedrooms and showers, great living room, huge backyard. Perfect place to spend a weekend or a week with family or friends.
Just a note, area may seen a bit deserted and ran down, but don't let it scare you. In fact it's very quite and neighbors are nice. A great touch is that Ray has security cameras in front and back of the house. Spacious parking. Everything you need to spend most relaxing and enjoyable time near the falls.
Will definitely try to come back and spend more time here!
