If you need a relaxing vacation away, with swimming pool that overlooks the water, look no further. My friends and I took a weekend vacation from NYC out here to Susans AirBnB and it was nothing but relaxing, delightful, convenient, and did i say relaxing?
The pool is a beautiful salt water, maybe temperature controlled pool? With breath taking views of the bay and beautiful tree clusters. My friends and I relaxed during the day pool side, some of us sun bathing, some of us swimming and using the pool, but all were enjoying the surroundings. At night we would BBQ and eat inside while playing board games and some moderate drinking ( what can i say were older now). We never left the house except to get more supplies and we had a party of 9 people and had more than a comfortable stay. The only suggestion i would make is if they could add some lighting inside and around the pool, some of us wanted to swim at night. Aside from that i would say time and monies well spent.
Thanks you Susan.

The pool and trees surrounding are lite at night
sorry they did not find the switch
will try to mark it more clearly
The view form this home is even better than the photos - stunning!!! We had 13 at the home for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect. The pool was amazing and the house could not have been more ideal for our weekend.

The place comes as advertised and was perfect for our group. The view is unbeatable and was a perfect backdrop to the pool. The home is also centrally located and travel to the surrounding areas was easy. Susan was available for any questions we had and left out a list of suggestions for things to do in the area which was a nice touch.

The views and outdoor space were everything and more

Susan's place has one of the most gorgeous views ever -- a completely unobstructed view of the Hudson River. It's a wonderful place to relax and get out of the city. The pool is also meticulously cleaned and the lawn a great place to relax. The outside is definitely the gem of the house. Susan is also great to communicate with.
Do note that there limited toilet paper and no soap/shampoo. Not a huge deal, but bring your own or coordinate with Susan to have her pick them up for you separately for a small fee.

I used to provide all items for the bath but folks seemed to have their own Ideas as to what they preferred so they brought their own anyway. Also used to provide reams of paper products but they all seemed to walk away at the end of the weekend.
This was a lovely group. It was a very last minute reservation and I am glad I could accommodate them as they seemed to enjoy their visit. I hope they will return as I am open year round and very close to the city
My group loved staying in Susan’s home for a West Point reunion. The house was just as pictured and Susan was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. The location and views of the Hudson from the house can’t be beat. We will stay here again in the future.

Susan’s house has outstanding views (the pictures do not do it justice). We stayed here for a wedding at West Point and were blown away by how beautiful the views were. Susan is right next door and easy to reach.
