While located at the end of a quiet road that allows for a secluded getaway, the many attractions of Lake George are easily accessible. Exploring the lake from this midpoint location is a breeze, with Lake George Village to the south or a short boat ride north to the premier section of Lake George, the Narrows Island Bunch for swimming, rock jumping, and picnicking.
Take the short drive or boat ride to the quaint town of Bolton Landing, which boasts a rich history of being an upscale vacation paradise. Guests can enjoy fine dining, shopping, antiquing, a park with a tennis court and playground, and take advantage of the many outdoor events available throughout the season. Take a drive north and explore the area's historic sites from the French and Indian Wars such as Crown Point and Fort Ticonderoga.
Our home is a unique three-story home, with the main kitchen and living room on the third floor; guests can take in the beautiful mountain and bay view from the balcony while having morning coffee or cooking on the grill. For those wanting to still enjoy the deck while making meals, a convenient Summer Kitchen is available on the first floor right off the main deck. Featured under the covered deck is a flat-top griddle, perfect for cooking up breakfast, and an additional grill and gas boilers are also available on the deck, making it possible to cook just about anything.
Don't want to miss the game A mounted TV is available under the covered deck. The first floor also features one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom includes a full-size bed and bathroom with a standing shower. This bedroom is a great option for guests who want to avoid stairs but still want to join in on the fun! The second floor features the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub shower. The larger room includes a queen-sized bed, the second with a full-sized bed and twin.
For use during your stay, we offer access to a canoe and kayak so you can further enjoy beautiful Lake George. You can easily paddle to wetlands at the bottom of the bay and see wildlife such as Blue Herrings, turtles, and fish. Swim off the dock to the swim-float or just float around in a selection of tubes and toys provided for your use. There is room to relax with a large multi-level deck with plenty of tables and chairs. There is plenty to do day or night. Spend the evening by the cocktail table fire pit or sit around our campfire-style pit.
