Policies
SMOKING POLICY: Not allowed.
CLEANING POLICY: All bathrooms (including tubs, sinks, toilets, and floors) should be clean. Kitchen: appliances, floor, and all dishes should be clean and put away. All carpets vacuumed, including stairs. We don't mind if you have to move some things around to accommodate your needs, but, PLEASE put them back where you found them before you leave....includes inside and out of the property.
LINEN POLICY: All linens, including pillows and comforters and towels, are your responsibility. There are some extras available, in case you run short. They are expected to be laundered and put away before you leave.
Dec 15 - March 15 $3,300/weekly, $1,350 weekend
March 16 - April 30 $1,800/weekly, $1,000 weekend

We have many summer tenants that return every year. If we need to adjust the schedule to accommodate you one or two days, it may be possible.
