Anglewoods is the perfect choice for your baseball tournament vacation home-away-from-home. Central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable in this well-appointed home. The kitchen has granite countertops, a triple basin sink and stainless steel appliances.

There are ceramic tile floors in the main areas of the first floor. Bedroom #1 has ceramic tile floors, bedroom #2 has hardwood flooring, and bedroom #3 has carpet. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are both carpeted. The walls and ceilings are finished with V-groove pine boards. One of the baths on the first floor is handicapped accessible, and another bath features heated flooring and a "his & hers" shower with dual shower heads.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the first floor; 1 with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with a full size bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a king size bed and a fifth "railroad style" bedroom with two twin beds. There are 1.5 baths located on the second floor. This picturesque home features a deck off the main floor and a second-floor balcony, which both overlook the water.

The outdoor fire pit is a lovely location for relaxation and conversation at the end of a busy day. There is a private dock for swimming and fishing, and we even provide two single kayaks and personal flotation devices (PFD's) for your enjoyment and safety. There is a game room in the basement, complete with a foosball table and a flat-screen smart Roku TV. This house is completely set up for the comfort of our guests.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.

This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm. No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises. There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.
