Description

Come relax in our beautiful cabin on Crystal Lake. Located just a quick drive or walk to the private lake community (nonmotor lake), this cabin boasts an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, a full dresser, nightstands and a private bathroom with a standing shower. Also on the second floor is a large loft area that is designed as a play area for kids. Plenty of toys, a couch built for fort-making and an open area are all ideal for families. Downstairs is the living room/kitchen/dining area with a table for 6, stove/oven, microwave and full-sized refrigerator. A large sectional couch, smart TV and pellet stove are in the family room area.

The bedrooms are located in the back of the house, making them very quiet. One bedroom has a queen bed with 2 closets and a convertible crib. The second bedroom downstairs has two sets of bunk beds with twin on top/full on the bottom set up. There are also 2 closets and a dresser. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower, single sink and linen closet. Two sliding glass doors lead to a large wrap-around deck and screened-in porch on the outside of the house.

The propane grill and whole-house generator are located in the back of the home. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer, work desk/chair and a second refrigerator. Down at the beach area, guests will have access to the CLPHA clubhouse, the lake/beach area, tennis courts and community boats marked CLPHA. Oars and life jackets are not provided but are required for use. There is a bathroom located in the clubhouse, as well as a grill in the pavilion for use. Air hockey and foosball are available at the clubhouse.

Guests are required to provide their own linens and paper products. There are 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds in the home. Kitchen towels are provided, along with dish soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. We ask that kitchen towels are washed before check out and that anything that is used completely, be replaced (i.e toilet paper, paper towels, spices, cleaning supplies, detergents) as well.

Cleaning services are included in your rental fee, but a security deposit will be collected per the rental agreement.

Crystal Lake is located 15 minutes from Bolton Landing, Lake George, and 30 minutes from the Village of Lake George. Gore Mountain is 30 minutes away and Lake Placid is 90 minutes north.

Guests are responsible for providing their own bed and bath linens. There are 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. Kitchen towels are provided, but we ask that guests wash/dry them before checkout. Paper products are usually available. Any paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc that are used entirely during your stay, we also ask that you replace what is used.

Trash and recycling pickup is on Friday. Please make sure that trash bins are at the end of the driveway.

WiFi password is provided once you enter the home. Keyless entry also available and will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. TV is smart and allows guests to log into their own personal streaming services. Please remember to log out after you leave.

Cleaning services are included in your rental fees, but we ask that all food products are removed from the home, all trash is removed and washer/dryer and dishwasher are empty.

Pellet stove is available for guest use and extra pellets are located in the basement. Directions are listed next to the stove.

This is a non smoking and no pets household. We also ask that you remove shoes when inside the home.

A $300 security deposit and 50% of the rental fee are due at time of booking. Remaining 50% due 30 days before check in. Guests may cancel for full refund no shorter than 30 days notice. Within 30 days of check in, cancellation fee would be 50% of your rental fee.
