Description

Our home is situated on the east side of Seneca Lake north of Sampson State Park. We check out so that way you can check in! Although our property is not on the lake, we do have lake access at our community boat ramp and private beach pavilion.

Boat parking is available on the house's property on our second driveway. We have views of the lake and the incredible Seneca sunsets! Our home is 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking needs. Please ask if there is a unique utensil or cooking gadget that you must have for your stay and we will let you know if we can accommodate.

Our home is enjoyed by our family and two dogs. If you have allergies, please don't book. We ask that you respect our home, and property as well as our neighbors and their property. We do have personal belongings and decorations in our home, we ask that guests do not disturb or take items. Off limit items are labeled in the closet and anything in the basement.

Guests can use the washer and dryer (we leave small amounts of detergent and laundry sheets for guest use). There is a security camera monitoring the driveway. Washer and dryer are in the basement which guests can access.
