Our home offers three bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 6 people, including a master suite with a private bathroom, sitting area and an elevated balcony perfect for relaxing at sunset. The island kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, keeps meal times social and engaging as you plan tomorrow’s adventures.

Our outdoor space is equally welcoming, including a wraparound lower deck with built in seating. Grill dinner with your friends and family, then enjoy a bonfire with some s’mores on comfortable Adirondack chairs.

Our location is ideal for both outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. Not only do we offer access to a well-protected dock, our home is walking distance to one of the only natural sand cove beaches on Lake George! Complete with lifeguards, a playground and a pavilion area, you can relax with your family worry free and get your feet in the sand.

Situated in Ticonderoga, our home is within a 10-minute walk of Lake George and Black Point Public Beach. Ticonderoga Heritage Museum and Ticonderoga Historical Society are also within 6 miles (10 km). The beach is beautiful swimming, shallow and sandy. The dock is in the back bay and protected. It’s the dock on the left, and there will be no boats on it and open for use.

For the more adventurous, this location not only offers you access to watersports, but is also a close drive to the famous Adirondack High Peaks hiking area. If you are looking for something specific, we are from the area and can help make sure you have the vacation you dream of!
