Two full bathrooms, laundry facilities, breakfast room and dining area with lake views, sitting room with TV and futon couch, foyer with desk for the family member that needs to work, and a great room with a 60" TV and cathedral ceiling along with a large brand new sectional couch. 2 Kayaks and a Canoe available for your use (life jackets provided) along with a barbecue grill and double deck overlooking Otsego Lake. Fire pit. Waterfront and fishing access across the street. Dock for fishing. Plenty of parking, for five or more cars.
3 1/2 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame. One to two miles to the Farmer's Museum, The Fenimore Cooper Museum, and the Otsega Golf Course. 3 Mile Point Park just around the corner. Short drive to Glimmerglass State Park and Dreams Park.
