Honeoye Lake vacation house, Awesome views, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 8-10) If you are looking for a relaxing area to vacation Honeoye Lake is the place for you.
This home features an open floor plan with three full size couches and a futon on the first floor. Antique spiral staircase leads to the upstairs where you will find a large 20 x 20 bedroom with two queen beds. The smaller bedroom has one full size bed. The large bedroom leads to a 9 x 20 deck which gives you a spectacular southern view of Honeoye Lake. Sit and relax with your morning coffee on this deck or if mother nature doesn't cooperate enjoy the same view from the lower enclosed porch. The fishing is excellent for perch, bluegill, walleye and bass.
You may even catch a pickerel or northern pike. Kids will enjoy fishing from shore or off the dock which has a vertical type hoist for your boat. (2600# hoist limit including motor, see photo / please check your boat nameplate for this information) Everything is provided EXCEPT: SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, BLANKETS, TOWELS, PAPER PRODUCTS & PERSONAL HYGIENE SUPPLIES, sleeping bags are suggested. There are swings, a basketball court and volleyball court for your use down by the beach area.
A full service supermarket is located in town (only 3 miles away) with fresh produce, bakery, and meat/deli dept. There is a SUBWAY, CVS Pharmacy in town and The BirdHouse Brewery as well. YOU SUPPLY YOUR OUR FIREWOOD. No construction lumber with nails, screws or metal is allowed for obvious safety reasons.
PLEASE READ: Weekly rentals only from June 4th through October 1st. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 12 noon sharp. Check out is 10:00 a.m. sharp. For special requests please contact the owner directly. NO PETS, sorry! Watercraft rental rates: 12' Rowboat $150.00 per week. 16' Canoe $150.00 per week.
