Full bathroom and separate full laundry room are also on main floor. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom. There is an outdoor brick patio for summer night BBQ's. Table with seating for 6 and umbrella for shade. All utilities - wifi, internet, cable and cleaning services are included in the weekly rental price.

ONLY a 10-minute walk to downtown Main Street for Southampton village shops, restaurants, food stores and Southampton train station. 10 minute car ride to the famous Cooper's Beach. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay - everything is included!

There is a binder at the home filled with maps, restaurant menu, beach, winery, and local business information. Feel free to ask any questions. Located about 18 miles from Tanger Outlet Shopping Center in Riverhead & Long Island Aquarium.

Small trained dogs are considerate.

PLEASE NOTE: NO Southampton Village/Town home can come with free beach passes. Beach passes are specific to the license plate of the car that will be parked at the beach. Daily passes can be purchased at beaches where required.
