The vacation rental cottage includes 2 bedrooms, bath with shower; large Screen-enclosed porch; Cable TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave and all dishware for a comfortable stay. Outdoor gas grill, picnic table, outdoor chairs, fire pit, private dock, off-street parking on a hill behind the cottage.
Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) June, July & August; daily rentals available April-May and September-October (3 day minimum)
Lakefront: The cottage sits on the water on the west side of Seneca Lake making for glorious sunrises and comfortable afternoons/evenings with peaceful sunsets. Private dock.
