Are you planning a vacation with extended family or friends? Our 7- bedroom home is waiting for you and your loved ones to enjoy that long-awaited time together! It is one of the few large rentals around the lake that are available all year long. Bring your boat(s) and keep them right at the dock for your stay.

Enjoy summer on the lake or at Chautauqua Institution, fishing and leaf-peeping in the Spring and Fall, snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing in the Winter and wine tasting, craft breweries, The National Comedy Center, art trails and sightseeing in every season! Our large, seven/bedroom, three/bath home has enough living space to accommodate a good-sized group without having to worry about feeling squeezed-in. The living room is very long, has several seating areas outfitted with comfy furniture.

There is a dining area in one end of it, in addition to a separate breakfast room. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms downstairs and five upstairs, with plenty of room to spread out. It even has a washer and dryer and an extra fridge. There is a wonderful deck that faces the lake and provides even more room for your group to enjoy themselves. There are two baths downstairs. One bath with a shower over the tub and the other with just a shower. The upstairs bath has a shower over the tub and there's an extra sink located in an alcove close to the bathroom. Each bedroom has its closet and plenty of room to store all your vacation equipment!

All you need to bring are your linens and paper products.

This is a Non-Smoking, No Pet home. Some of our amenities are WIFI (Fiber-Optic), Cable TV, docks with electric, boat ramp, play area, campfire pit, volleyball court, and basketball hoop. Need a smaller unit or accommodations for more than 14? C
