Water Haven is cozy, comfortable, adorable 2 bedroom vacation home with a full-size kitchen on a two-lot private lakeshore yard, private pier/docking, and private lakeshore fire pit offering plenty of room to spread out and play outside and on the lakefront with your family, friends, and pet.
Newly remodeled in 2021.
Available weekly at $1500 plus 5% mandatory Chautauqua County Bed Tax on lodging fee only.

Reservations are normally from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am. Check-in is between 4 pm - 6 pm.
All rentals most begin or end on a Saturday in keeping with our normal weekly schedule.
Five -7 nights are considered a week.

Things to bring: your favorite Pillow if you like as well as Sheets, Bath Towels, Coffee Filters, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Tablecloth for Picnic Table, Dish Soap, Bath Soap, Laundry Soap, Food, Cutting Board, Extra Cutting Board for Fish, Charcoal, Board Games (we do have chess, checkers and a children's game) Books (we have some in houses), Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton Set (We provide the nets, and hoops.)

Located off of Hidden Valley Road, Mayville, NY, quarter mile from Chautauqua Institution.
A deposit of one-half the lodging fee is required to confirm and hold the reservation.
Please bring your own bed linens and pillowcases, and bath towels
Dog fee per pet with limit of 2 dogs per home per week.
Guarded lake swimming is available at the Mayville Lakeside Park free of charge with showers, changing areas, and plenty of parking. Located 4 miles from Water Haven.
Liability waiver is required for potential swimming off our dock and shore
