Across the lawn, there is a separate guest house (no bathroom in the guest house). It has sofa beds and a game room office.
If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun in your own private yard in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There are 2 vineyards a few walks away from the home. The one-woman winery is within walking distance as well as the local farm stands, and restaurants. The stores are within 1-2 miles of groceries, and they deliver!
