Hope Hill House is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house situated in a quaint neighborhood that sits just a block uphill from the heart of Lake Placid's charming Main Street. Guests can access all the restaurants, shops, Mirror Lake, the Olympic Center and much more with just a very short walk down the hill!
The view off the back deck overlooks Mirror Lake, Main street and the gorgeous Adirondack Mountains. This newly-updated and tastefully decorated home provides an Adirondack vibe with all the comforts of home. An open concept layout provides a cozy TV area, a spacious sitting area in front of a fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and stocked with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. The house is setup to sleep up to ten guests having two king beds, two queen beds and two twin beds. A large laundry room sits conveniently on the first floor and there is plenty of storage throughout the house. A large driveway provides plenty of off-street parking for 4-5 vehicles.

Additional Info
The house will be professionally cleaned between each stay. Renters are expected to keep the home tidy and clean during their stay. Garbage is to be removed from the home after each stay and garbage is collected on each Tuesday. Dishes must be cleaned prior to check out, but the cleaning service will manage all of the dirty linens.
The home is fully equipped with bedding for all beds and there are plenty of towels! If your stay is during the summer and you plan to access the beach, there are beach towels available as well.
